Erik G. Williams, is an accomplished leader, author, transformational coach, and speaker hailing from the vibrant city of Detroit, Michigan. Born and raised in the heart of Motor City, Erik G. Williams developed an unwavering work ethic and an unrelenting drive to succeed. Growing up amidst the challenges and triumphs of Detroit, he witnessed the power of resilience and determination firsthand. Erik has worked extensively in leadership and being an inspirational influence in the faith based and secular arena. He first was afforded the opportunity to serve as road manager for the 5-Time Grammy winning group The Winans’. After ministering around the globe with the Gospel Family he ventured into the secular world and worked as a Sales Development Leader for over 20 years with a fortune 50 company and leading a multimillion-dollar sales team. Having felt the call of God in his life, he has served as an Associate Pastor at two mega churches in the City of Detroit Perfecting Church – Bishop Marvin L. Winans and Greater Grace Temple – Bishop Charles H. Ellis III, as well as a lead Pastor of his own ministry Perfecting Grace ministries for a 5 year period. He wrote a devotional, “Great Morning, Who said it had to be Good,” to share his insight, wisdom, and practical application of what God has spoken to him to share about different scenarios in one’s life.
Erik has also established his entrepreneurial settings with his apparel line “Detroit Made,” has a multi-vehicle Turo business, a podcast. “eThought Conversations,” and real estate investments. Erik’s ability to inspire and motivate others is rooted in his authentic leadership style, which fosters collaboration, innovation and personal growth.
